My obsession with having the freshly roasted coffee led me to begin roasting my own coffee at home. Coffee roasting has grown from being a hobby to becoming a something I am very passionate about and I love to share with others.

Cow Hollow Coffee is all about coffee the way it is meant to be. Fresh and fantastic. As a micro roaster I feature small batch single origin specialty coffees and an espresso blend. My commitment is to fresh and properly roasted coffee so you can experience it the way it was meant to taste. I DO NOT ROAST THE COFFEE UNTIL YOU ORDER IT!!! And I always indicate the date your coffee was roasted so you know how fresh it is.
